Bearing manufacturer BCR Czech Republic was founded in the 90s since the separation of the largest producer of bearing products in Eastern Europe.
Based on many years of experience in the production of bearings, the BCR management concluded that there is no need to have their own production site for bearings, which covers the entire range of existing types of bearings, and currently does not have great economic efficiency.
Over the past decades, all the major players in the global bearing market have systematically moved their factories to China, or ordered individual components, such as rolling elements, from Chinese factories specializing in the production of these products. This greatly reduces the cost of manufacturing bearings for a number of objective factors.
BCR management has chosen a different development vector for itself. Having its own production of ball radial, special large-sized spherical and tapered roller bearings of a special series with an outer diameter of up to 2200 mm, we decided to go through the consolidation of European bearing manufacturers producing individual types of bearings under a single brand BCR. Bearings are manufactured in factories located in the Czech Republic, Poland, Latvia, Romania, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, etc. .. BCR reduces the cost of production, labor resources and expands trade and economic relations within the European Union.
The nomenclature, produced under the BCR brand, has the widest form, comparable to the giants of the bearing market. In the line of the proposed types of bearings there are ball radial and angular contact, cylindrical and tapered roller, spherical roller, precision bearings. The quality control and modern equipment for the production of bearings, which is present at BCR enterprises, allows achieving the so-called Hight Quality quality bearings. Bearings manufactured by BCR are approved for use on assemblies with the highest reliability requirements for components. The European origin of the bearings is confirmed by the “certificate of origin” and a quality certificate is provided for each batch of bearings, according to the client’s request, which indicates which European ISO standards the bearings are manufactured in.
