BCR in the metallurgical industry

The bearings used in the metallurgy industry are high-precision, moisture-resistant bearings with a longer life (during periodic inspection). The metal smelting process is accompanied by extremely high temperatures, a significant level of pollution. In metallurgy, water cooling is used in production; therefore, the technological process proceeds in conditions of high humidity. In addition, high mechanical loads, high pressure, constant shock and vibration affect the performance of bearings. The impact of these factors leads to a significant reduction of the bearings’ service life . Some large-sized bearings used in the metallurgical industry during production are part of devices on the reliability of which the success of the whole enterprise depends.
